With five locations throughout the Spokane area, Burbity offers flexible workspace solutions and a strong sense of community. Ann’s passionate about creating environments that spark productivity, foster collaboration, and—most importantly—help reduce the loneliness that can come with remote work or running a business. Under her leadership, Burbity has become more than just a place to get things done—it’s where people connect, grow, and feel like they truly belong.

Brooke Kiener is the Dean of Continuing Studies at Whitworth University and a certified life and leadership coach. As the founder of Brooke Kiener Coaching, she helps individuals gain confidence, clarity, and connection by drawing on her background as an educator, artist, and leader. Brooke holds certificates in Design Thinking from IDEO U and frequently speaks on topics like strengths-based leadership, purpose, and burnout. She created Whitworth’s Elevate Leadership Certificate for Women and is active in Executive Women International, Women Helping Women Fund, and Spokane Arts, where she served as founding board chair.

Brynn Snyder is a proud mother of five, a dynamic CEO, and a firm believer in putting heart and energy into everything she does. In just 2.5 years, she has grown Slate Flosser into a seven-figure business, earning recognition in Men’s Health, Allure, and even a mention from Dr. Mark Hyman as one of his favorite products. For Brynn, success isn’t just about building a thriving company—it’s about creating meaningful impact. She coaches her daughter’s track team, employs Ukrainian refugees, and made the bold decision to relocate Slate Flosser’s headquarters to downtown Spokane to contribute to the revitalization of a community she deeply loves. Her passion for Slate Flosser goes beyond the products—it’s rooted in empowering customers through education rather than chasing profit.

Hannah is a Reiki Master, Mindfulness + Meditation Guide, Earth Medicine Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, and the founder of Anam Cara Healing Center located in the heart of Downtown Spokane. “Through mindfulness and energy healing I discovered a deeper connection to life. I want you to have that same discovery and learn that you are your own best healer, you are your own best teacher. Now, with Anam Cara, you don’t have to do it alone. Myself and the collective of practitioners are here to help expand and illuminate your path.”

FOUNDER, AICRAFTED SOLUTIONS + PANTRY FUEL

A Spokane native, Jenny is an Entrepreneurship instructor at her alma mater, Gonzaga University. In 2015, she founded Pantry Fuel, a dietitian-approved prepared meal delivery service, and exited the company in December 2023. Jenny is a wife and mother of two. Most recently, she’s leveraged her passion for small business strategy and local food systems to empower small farmers, artisans and solopreneurs. She helps them scale without burnout, utilizing AI to achieve sustainable growth.

Since 2011, Julia and her business partner Kathleen have built a thriving collection of specialty retail shops in Spokane, including French Toast Mama + Mini,Paper Nerd Stationery Co., and Whiz Kids. Alongside growing her businesses, Julia earned an MBA from Eastern Washington University and became a Certified Business Advisor with the Washington SBDC, where she coached over 1,300 small businesses. Her work reflects a deep passion for entrepreneurship, quality products, and the vibrancy of the Inland Northwest community.

THE STORYTELLING COACH

Morgan Marie is a storytelling coach and speaker who helps individuals own their stories and share them with confidence. A former reporter and radio host, Morgan blends her journalism background with a passion for authentic communication. Through 1:1 sessions and custom workshops, she empowers clients to clarify their message, connect deeply with their audience and use storytelling to build trust and create connection.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, SPOKANE INDEPENDENT METRO BUSINESS ALLIANCE (SIMBA)

With two decades of small business assistance experience with an emphasis on startups and entrepreneurs, Robin is all about making the “business” of business ownership simpler – allowing owners to focus on the things they do best. Robin is particularly passionate about helping those often forced into being entrepreneurs, including immigrants, people without advanced educations, recovering addicts, and justice-involved persons. She believes strongly in second chances, career shifts, and new beginnings and knows that the prosperous, equitable, and local economy SIMBA strives to build can only exist if everyone in the community can participate.
