LILAC + LINEN VIP DINNER

Gather under the lilacs and wear your favorite all-linen attire for this fun, outdoor gathering of female business owners at my home out off the Palouse! Enjoy a variety of beverages and dinner provided by woman-owned Green Bluff Fresh Catering Co.
WHAT’S ON THE MENU
Butter-garlic morels with ricotta and microgreens on a crispy sourdough slice (I mean, come on…).
Chicken roulade stuffed with prosciutto, cheeses, fresh peas, herbs, lemon zest, drizzled with hollandaise sauce and chive-parsley oil. Served over saffron rice and roasted asparagus (I know, right!?).
Fluffy pavlovas with a lemon curd mascarpone whipped cream, raspberries, pistachios and fresh lilac flowers (I KNOW!!)
