The 2025 Vested Retreat brought together an intimate group of powerhouse women entrepreneurs for a transformative weekend at the historic Symons Block Hotel in downtown Spokane. Designed to help founders step away from the daily grind and build momentum around their next chapter, the retreat offered two full days of clarity, collaboration, and actionable strategy.
We were so lucky to hear about the story of the Symons Block Hotel from creative director, Monet Lyons, and one of the designers on the project, Katherine Tibbetts, owner of BANG Design Studios. After getting to know our accommodations and each other, we headed down to happy hour at Emma Rue’s, followed by a delicious sushi dinner at The Wave. Day one wrapped up with a vision boards to help set our focus and mini-massages from Tyese Chumov, owner of Woven Body Massage. Mornings began with smoothies from Method Juice Cafe, a mindfulness moment at Anam Cara Healing Center, and breakfast at People’s Waffle. Before lunch at Salt Box, attendees dove into a strategic growth mapping session—turning big-picture ideas into tangible business plans.
The afternoon provided 1:1 coaching sessions with powerhouse women founders and industry experts. The retreat wrapped with a 90-day implementation workshop, helping everyone walk away with a clear, actionable roadmap to bring their vision to life.
