Our social media strategy workshop with Millie Schnebly of Maker + Made brought a refreshing dose of clarity to a topic that often feels overwhelming. Millie cut through the noise with practical guidance on what actually works in today’s fast-moving digital landscape, helping attendees rethink how they show up online and build a plan they can realistically sustain. Before diving in, guests toured Burbity’s Sullivan Valley Commons, including a peek inside Hilary Shaffer Fitness’s bright and welcoming studio. We were also joined by Ursula Sanson from the Small Business Development Center, who shared how the SBDC’s free business advising can support entrepreneurs at every stage. It was an evening filled with learning, encouragement, and community connection, reminding us once again that showing up consistently—online and in person—can transform the way we grow our businesses.
