What kind of opportunities/projects are you looking for?
I enjoy projects involving operations, process improvement, analytics, reporting, budgeting, executive support, project coordination, and business organization. I'm especially interested in helping businesses create systems, improve efficiency, track performance, and solve operational challenges.
How do you stand out in your field?
I have a unique combination of executive administration, business operations, property management, and analytics experience. While many professionals focus on either people, processes, or numbers, I enjoy connecting all three. I naturally look for inefficiencies, identify risks, organize information, and create systems that help businesses operate more effectively. Whether managing a property, supporting executives, or analyzing budgets, I approach every challenge with a problem-solving mindset.
If you could talk to an expert to gain more insight on something, what would it be about?
I would love to learn more about asset management and business analytics. I'm fascinated by how organizations use data, forecasting, and financial reporting to make strategic decisions. Understanding how top-performing companies evaluate risk, measure performance, and maximize profitability would be incredibly valuable.
If you could give advice to your younger self, what would it be?
Stop doubting yourself and trust your instincts sooner. Some of my greatest growth came from taking opportunities that felt intimidating at the time. I would remind my younger self that success isn't about having all the answers—it's about being willing to learn, adapt, and keep moving forward.

My dream client is a business owner or leadership team that values organization, communication, and continuous improvement. I love working with people who are passionate about their business and are looking for a trusted partner to help create structure, improve operations, and support growth.
