List of Services

I support individuals navigating meaningful change in their personal or professional lives, especially when something no longer feels aligned and they’re seeking a more honest and sustainable way forward.

What kind of opportunities/projects are you looking for?

I’m interested in working with individuals, groups, and organizations who are navigating meaningful change and want to approach it in a more grounded and intentional way.

This includes:

• private advisory for individuals
• group programs or facilitated experiences
• workshops or speaking engagements
• collaborations that explore the intersection of personal growth and real-world decision-making

Who is your dream client?

Someone who senses that something in their life or work is changing, even if they can’t fully name it yet. They’re thoughtful, self-aware, and open to reflection, but may feel stuck, unclear, or disconnected from what’s next. They aren't looking for quick answers. They want something more honest, sustainable, and aligned with who they actually are.

How should someone approach you about working together?

The simplest way is to reach out with a few lines about what they’re navigating or exploring to contact@spiralwayhearth.com.

From there, we can have a short conversation to understand what kind of support would be most helpful and whether it’s a good fit.

There’s no pressure, just an opportunity to explore.

How do you stand out in your field?

don’t approach change as something to fix or optimize.

My work supports people in understanding where they are in the process of change so they can move forward with clarity and self-trust, rather than urgency or external pressure.

What makes my approach different is the integration of:

• somatic (body-based) awareness and nervous system support
• structured reflection and self-inquiry
• real-life application in relationships, work, and decision-making

This allows change to be experienced and integrated, not just talked about.

My background combines both formal training and real-world experience.

I am a certified somatic practitioner with training in trauma-aware, nervous system–informed facilitation. I’ve also completed psychedelic integration training through Synthesis Institute, focused on ethical integration and meaning-making.

Prior to this work, I spent years in leadership, program development, and systems-focused roles across technology and organizational environments. That experience allows me to bridge personal transformation with the realities of work, responsibility, and decision-making.

I’ve found that meaningful change doesn’t come from more information alone; it comes from learning how to listen to yourself clearly and act from that place in a sustainable way.

That’s the work I support.

If you could give advice to your younger self, what would it be?

Some of the most important decisions in your life won’t come from thinking harder, they’ll come from learning how to listen more closely to yourself.

Exclusive offer for Vested Rolodex:

Your first 90-minute somatic session is offered at $150 (regularly $200).

This session is a space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and explore what you’re navigating through guided somatic awareness, reflection, and conversation.
