Botanical Summer Beverage Recipes
by Annie McGuinness, Patera Lounge
Thank you for joining us for Stop the Scroll! Sharing these botanical beverages with you was truly a pleasure. Every drink you enjoyed throughout the evening began with one of our handcrafted herbal tea blends, then layered with fresh, thoughtfully sourced ingredients to create botanical elixirs that celebrate both flavor and ritual.
At Patera, we believe exceptional drinks begin with exceptional ingredients. We brew loose-leaf herbs in small batches, pair them with cold-pressed juices, and finish each beverage with our house-made coconut cream simple syrup, crafted from fresh coconut for a silky texture and gentle sweetness.
Below you’ll find the recipes from the evening, along with a few ideas for continuing the ritual in your own kitchen.
We hope these recipes inspire slower mornings, meaningful gatherings, and beautiful moments of everyday indulgence.

From the Herbal Kitchen
Every Patera beverage begins with whole botanicals and a simple philosophy:
Choose real ingredients. Brew with intention. Share generously.
Rather than relying on artificial flavors or concentrates, we craft our drinks from loose-leaf herbs, fresh cold-pressed juices, and ingredients prepared in-house to create beverages that are vibrant, layered, and deeply satisfying.
Thank you for allowing us to be part of your evening. We hope these recipes become little rituals you’ll return to again and again.
Until next time —
