Our workshop with Julia York of Creative Crumb brought together a thoughtful group of business owners looking to better understand their digital presence. We focused on something many entrepreneurs quietly wrestle with: how to talk about what you do in a way that feels clear, intentional, and sustainable.
Julia walked us through the foundations of identifying a niche audience, why that clarity matters, and how it shapes the way we communicate online. She offered simple, practical ways to approach marketing with more ease, from crafting messaging that resonates to creating content that feels more natural and less overwhelming.
What stood out most was the willingness in the room to be honest about the challenges of showing up consistently. The conversations were thoughtful, relatable, and rooted in a shared desire to build businesses with more purpose and less pressure.
