The first Vested workshop of the year set the tone for a year of clarity and confidence. Led by Leanne Ozaine Smith, founder of Pursuit of Profit, Profit Bootcamp gave our community a refreshing and approachable way to rethink business finances. Instead of spreadsheets and overwhelm, Leanne delivered the mindset shifts and must-know strategies that help entrepreneurs finally pay themselves, protect their profits, and step into tax season without fear. Women arrived with notebooks and open minds, some alongside their partners, and left with a clearer understanding of where their money should go the moment it comes in, how to keep more of it, and how to stay on the good side of the IRS. It was honest, judgment-free, and deeply practical, a reminder that financial empowerment is a skill every founder can learn.
