EAT MOVE THRIVE + SPOKANE BARRE
SPOKANE BARRE, FEBRUARY 2020
This wellness workshop at Spokane Barre gave attendees a welcome break from the pressure to keep up, keep going, and manage everything at once. Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Monika Jacobson of Eat Move Thrive and Spokane Barre owner Katie Grainger led a session focused on realistic, approachable ways to support your health while balancing the demands of business and daily life.
Monika shared practical strategies for building healthy habits and making nutritious meals work within a packed schedule. Katie introduced the group to the fundamentals of barre, showing how small, intentional movements can help restore energy and strength. The workshop also included brief mindfulness exercises, snacks, and open conversation about what sustainable wellness can look like for busy women.
Participants left with actionable tools, a gift from Spokane Barre, and a take-home meal from Eat Move Thrive. It was a supportive, grounding workshop that encouraged women to step back, reset, and care for themselves without the pressure of perfection.
